Ustaad means a master of a craft: someone who knows the work well enough to teach it. Ustaad HQ uses that standard for software. The company is an American product organization. The name is a standard of competence, not a costume.
The founder has spent more than twenty years around the automotive business and builds product from that experience. Dealership problems were specific. Generic tools did not respect them. Software became the way to address the work directly.
Ustaad HQ exists to repeat that approach with discipline. DealerUstaad comes from the original industry. StoreUstaad applies the same idea to independent retail. RestaurantUstaad is a name held for later, not a product with a date.
The company is early. It does not claim a large customer base, partnerships, funding, or awards. The public record of the work is the platforms themselves, described as they are.
